Too simplistic, low effort, and blurriness are reason enough for the wall to be deleted, even if the other possible reasons given aren't true.

Eh, I've just been adding (Character) or (Series Name) on them like chiron said. It seemed like the simplest way to do it.

No, no, no. You don't need a tablet to vector trace, lol. I actually prefer to use my mouse when vectoring in PS, because using a tablet to do that just seems strange to me because that's not how I learned to do it.
Here, try this tutorial on line art and then filling in the colors is pretty much the same. There's even three different ways to do it and make your image clean and clear. : D

The scans you used in it are very low quality, one more so than the other. (left one) Kind of grainy and with some artifacts. Also your background in a low effort, just two images pasted onto it. Try going to the sandbox and posting your wall to get helpful suggestions from other members, so that you can submit your improved wallpaper. Good luck~

Your wall was deleted for quality issues. Your extraction was a bit poor, and elements in your background were quite blurry in places. You should have received a PM stating this. Did you read the whole note?
My suggestion to you is to go to the sandbox, so others can help you with suggestions and techniques to get your wallpaper gallery acceptable. Good luck~

I see one called Kuchiki-F, that was submitted 2 days ago and deleted for quality issues. You should have received a deletion notification stating such.

I think that because you didn't write a proper description, and there's no signature on it that I can see it was deleted as there's no proof you actually made it.
Also, it's rather low quality, pixely and jagged in spots. You will need to fix all that up before it's gallery ready. I suggest taking your wall over to the sandbox for help from other members \o/
