I love that you made them look more realistic in the face and hair areas. The shading is great and the eyes are gorgeous!

You sure do wall fast. o_o And your vectoring has great detail. Though I feel like Kero could use darker shading. Other than that, I think it all ties in well together with the orange flowers and her red and gold outfit. =)

I love the scene. Though, your grass is kind of lacking. It looks too much like a pattern, because it's a PS brush. And the sky and clouds, the colors are too sudden, they don't blend and the clouds look more like fog. I think they need a more defined shape.
Lastly, your windmills look strange being positioned all at the same angle. I think if you make it look as though they were all rotating at different positions, it would make the wallpaper look a lot better.

It looks much better than it did previously, there are some jaggedy spots that could use some work, Specifically on the feather-like cape thing behind her, but nothing too serious. Though, I do think it unnecessary your need to call out the decisions of the staff.

I looked for the artist of that, and I found the image on two different image sharing sites ( as well as one of my miku wallpapers that someone jacked and stuck there >_>) and neither one of them has the artist listed. =( Sorries
